At Roman English Speaking, we aim to provide high-quality English speaking training through live one-on-one and group sessions. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling:

1. No Refund After Course Begins

Once a student has attended the first class or has been given access to any part of the course (including video sessions or materials), no refund will be issued under normal circumstances.

2. Refund Before Course Start

If a student requests a cancellation before the course begins, and has not accessed any materials or sessions, a partial refund may be considered after deducting any administrative or payment processing fees.

3. Exceptional Cases

Refunds in special situations (such as technical issues on our side or valid medical emergencies) may be granted at the sole discretion of Roman English Speaking. Proper documentation may be required.

4. Demo Classes Are Free

We encourage all students to attend a free demo class before enrolling. This helps ensure clarity about our teaching style and content. Once payment is made for the full course, refund requests are discouraged unless covered under exceptional cases.

5. No Transfer of Course

Course fees are non-transferable. You may not transfer your enrollment to another person or shift to another batch unless approved in advance.
